Dakar 2026 - Le tenant du titre Yazeed Al Rajhi abandonne le Dakar 2026

Le Saoudien Al Rajhi et son copilote allemand Timo Gottschalk occupaient la 16e place du classement général des autos à l'entame de la journée, avec 16:51 de retard sur le leader, l'Américain Mitch Guthrie (Ford).


Il s'agissait de la 12e participation consécutive de Yazeed Al Rajhi au Dakar. Il avait abandonné en 2015 pour sa première, en 2018 et en 2024, mais jamais avant la sixième étape. Le pilote de 44 ans reste bloqué à cinq victoires d'étape.
